Today was my second class. I get hints of my rhythm. I really enjoy the teacher; it is pretty obvious he loves this stuff. We practiced our first combo, and I didn't look half bad! I had my first appointment today to start healing what my doc diagnosed as sciatica. It was an interesting experience. Afterwards, I had the same light-headed feeling that sometimes comes after a good yoga class. One of the needles did hurt going in, the one on my left hand.
